This blog is the product of a lifetime of interest and passion in technology. The author, Kevin Wixted (@wixtech on Twitter), has worked in technology roles for over 25 years. Most of this time was spent working tech at law firms. Previously, Kevin practiced law in Chicago for three years and clerked for two years prior to that.

Kevin has worked in law firms ranging from four attorneys to 5000+. Everywhere he’s worked, Kevin has observed that lawyers and technology rarely mix – but of course they should. Lawyers after all, are knowledge workers and computers helps us access and manage knowledge. Bringing the two together has been a major part of his career.
